Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions must be agreed to in order to participate in our Referral Partner Program. All Terms and Conditions must be abided by, and are legally binding. You will receive 50% of sales referred by you after refunds, chargebacks, and ccbill processing fees have been deducted from gross receipts. You will be paid for all membership sales, including all recurring billing for the duration of each subscritpion you refer to us as recorded and billed by CCBill. You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein. Link to us any way you like - tgps and pic posts are fine with us. However, we strongly discourage any excessive spamming in newsgroups, emails, etc. Do not spam our url to search engines either. You can submit your own web pages with our link on them to the search engines, but do not submit your own unique referral code to them. We do not accept sites that endorse child pornography, hate groups, bestiality, or any other illegal activity. Our site may NOT be opened or loaded in a FRAME. You can use our banners, buttons and text links, or you can use your own. All banners and images must be hosted on your own bandwith. Upload them to your server. You can also use blind links. Payments are mailed weekly from CCBill. You will only be sent a check if your account balance is at least $25.00. Payment will be carried over to the next pay period until your account has accrued at least $25.00. Third party management by CCBill ensures the integrity of the program and your peace of mind that you cannot be cheated or shaved. We will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes and/or technical failure but will be diligent in preventing such downtimes and/or failures as is within our power. We reserve the right to invalidate all current sales and terminate your account without notice in the event that any of the above violations are discovered to have occurred. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time as we see fit.
